Returns Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to hygiene and safety concerns, all supplement purchases are final sale unless otherwise noted.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@kodo-life.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will assess and resolve on a case-by-case basis.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a resolution, products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging (unless defective). We may request return of the item for verification.

4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days once the returned item is received (if applicable).

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error. You are responsible for return shipping where applicable unless otherwise specified.

6. Exchanges

We do not typically offer exchanges. If you received an incorrect item, we may arrange a replacement instead of a refund.
