Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Additional reshipment fees may apply where applicable.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@kodo-life.com, including your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will assess and resolve each case on a case-by-case basis.

4. Eligibility for Returns or Resolutions

To be eligible for a resolution, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We may request the item to be returned for verification.

5. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is received (if applicable) and inspected.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

We do not typically offer exchanges. If you receive an incorrect item, we may arrange a replacement instead of issuing a refund, at our discretion.
